I have only been a reseller of your services for a couple of months but in that
short period of time I have had my share of technical questions requiring customer
service support. I have used both your 800 service and your email support and
would like to give you and your staff an A+++ for their responsiveness, friendly
manner and over all quality of customer service. You might ask "How can

a couple of months?" Well, I've owned a number of company's as well as being
the CEO of a National chain of franchise stores (Petsmart/Petmart) for twenty-four
