	Account Changes Upgrading, Migrating:

Upgrading:
If you are looking to increase your current account's features or capacity, just click on the "Upgrade" button in your account's control panel (main accounts) and follow the instructions.
If you wish to do the same thing for a resold accounts please Open A Support Ticket and make the request - please include your Main account domain name and it's username to verify ownership.

Migrating - Making any changes that involve Resold accounts:
NOTE: Pro-Rating will occur to accounts not removed in the following examples, see below for details*.

1. Changing a Resold account to a separate, Stand Alone Acct.:
If you want to change one of your resolds into a stand alone account with new billing and new ownership info please fill out the following request form (takes 24-48 hours to process). This form must be filled out by the current Reseller/Master account owner.

2. Switching your Main account with a Resold:
Please Open A Support Ticket and explain the changes requested - please include both Main and Resold domain names and the Main account's username to verify ownership. There is a one time $25 fee for these changes.

3. Making a Resold Account into your Master and deleting the old Master:
Please Open A Support Ticket and explain the changes requested - please include your Master account domain name and it's username to verify ownership and any resold domain names involved. There is a one-time $25 fee for these changes.

*Pro-Rating:
Changes to accounts mentioned above will effectively start an account's billing cycle over. The first step our billing software takes is to credit your account for the amount of hosting left - if you originally paid for 1 year of hosting and have 8 months left it credits your acct. for the 8 months. Then it will charge forward based on the current cycle of the account (monthly or 1 or 2 years), if the account is set for annual it will charge for one year forward ($145 for Standard, etc) plus whatever portion of the month is left to get you to the billing day of the month for your account (if you make this change on the 14th of a month and your account's billing day is the 23rd it will charge for 9 days of hosting). In this example you would be credited for 8 months or roughly $100 then charged $3.60 for the 9 days from the 14th to the original billing day of the 23rd, and then it will charge forward for one year - $3.60 + $145.00 = 148.60 for 374 days of hosting in this example.
