To configure Outlook XP to collect mail from your web host account mail server
perform the following tasks:
1. Start Outlook XP
2. From the toolbar menu choose the Tools option and then select E-Mail
Accounts from the drop down list

3. From the box that appears select the Add a new e-mail account option
as shown below

When you have done this click Next
4. At the next screen select POP3 as your mail type

When you have done this click Next
5. The next box asks you to enter your e-mail settings. Your pop server
is mail.yourdomain.com and your SMTP server will be the one your ISP uses. You
can also use mail.yourdomain.com as your SMTP server if your ISP does not permit
"relaying", or the use of their SMTP server for alternate names.
You will need to enter this information as shown in the relevant boxes.
In this section you will also need to enter the username and password of the
mailbox that you are trying to check.
Example: If I want to check OneWorld@mydomain.com the username will be OneWorld
and the password will be the one I set in the Control Panel - Mail Manager.
6. If you are already connected to the Internet at this moment you can
click on the Test Account Settings button - otherwise skip to the next section.

Outlook XP will begin testing your settings. All being well the test will complete
successfully - if not check your settings again.
7. When you have done this Click next and at the next screen click Finish.
You should now be able to send and receive mail using your new mail account.
