Just as with our recent new Ticketing System improvements, it’s time to make upgrades to newer servers and more modern control panel software. These updates will happen the week of May 17th, 2010. The upgrade will also feature a faster and more secure network, the latest server software versions, and more than 50 new one-click-install tools available to all customers, all at no charge.

For the past 2 years we’ve been actively managing hundreds of clients on our this new platform and have noticed consistent improvements in network performance, all while receiving plenty of positive customer feedback: “faster site” “less spam” “love the control panel.” The new control panel is extremely user-friendly, with many new features, and comes with video tutorials that graphically demonstrate the use of each tool.
