If you DID NOT create a client profile with a username and password when you registered a domain name (or registrar transfer), then use the following form and we'll send access information to the administrative contact's email. The access link you receive will allow you to change the administrative, billing, and technical contacts as well as change your current Domain Name Servers (DNS) - it will not allow you to change the domain name owner.

Remove Transfer Guard

• Signed Letter of Request by the domain owner
• Photo ID: (Driver's License or valid Passport)
• The new administrative contact email address
• Any other changes you want made to the account, such as DNS information
